Along with our international campaigns, we have been invited to partner with Backwoods Christian Camp in Lineville, AL to do a week of camp that focuses on the world of missions and evangelism. I am thrilled to be co-directing this week with Chad Dollahite! One of our goals for this session is to educate and equip everyone with practical skills for evangelism. Just like in my campaigns, my expectation would be for you to return home empowered to be an evangelistic leader in your congregation. This week's ages are 4th grade and up.

How to Go

Passport: Apply for your passport or verify that your passport will not expire within 6 months of your return date to the USA.

Preparation: Visit CDC.gov for vaccination advice. Secure funding for your campaign. Order your plane tickets. PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!

Choose how you can serve

Every campaign that Latin American Missions leads is an Evangelistic Campaign. The goal is always to win more souls. We are an evangelistic ministry. Look below to see the different campaigns we use to serve the lost of Latin America.

Medical Campaigns

We set up temporary medical clinics as an outreach to a community to create opportunities to share the gospel with the lost. We often use these campaigns to help plant new congregations. The unique benefit of participating in a medical campaign is that only about 10% of the team are medical professionals. The rest are support staff and evangelism teams. Just about anyone can be useful on a medical campaign.

YES II Campaigns

YES II Campaigns are designed to encourage young people to flex their evangelistic muscles. They are teamed with experienced adults to learn how to lead Bible studies and organize VBS events.

Future Preacher Training Camps

The future of the church in Latin America is dependent on young people who are willing to lead the church. Kirk Brothers, President of Heritage Christian University, has been leading these camps all over North and South America for many years. He has constructed a team of talented leaders who teach young men how to be leaders in the church.
